Who we are
Sentry Cloud IT has supported businesses in Georgia for more than 25 years, running help desks, networks, servers, cloud environments and security. Over that time, more of the companies calling us already had capable IT staff. They didn't want to be replaced. They wanted backup, specialist depth and someone to take the night shift. Co-managed IT is how we provide that.
How we work
- Your IT lead is in charge. We take direction from your team and don't go around them.
- Everything is written down. A responsibility matrix says who does what, who approves and who gets told.
- Shared visibility. Your staff can see our tickets, monitoring and documentation.
- Engineers, not account managers. The people you talk to are the people doing the work.
- Flexible scope. Monthly pricing follows what you hand off, and the split can change as your team does.
